April Kezurou-kai: Sourcing Sustainable Hardwood Discussion Panel

In this inaugural panel from Kezurou-kai Kingston, meet three passionate sawyers sourcing local trees in ways that ensure the Hudson Valley retains the bounty of its glorious forests.  Hear what they are doing to push back against industrialized lumber, why it’s important, and how woodworkers and their clients can align with their efforts.

Panelists include:

  • Megan Offner (she/her) is a co-owner New York Heartwoods in Accord, NY.  This woman-owned studio focuses on custom fabrication, whole tree projects, and a handcrafted furniture collection.
